After looking at the initial ideas, i was clear that the original ideasdidnt look quite how we wanted when made using photoshop . It was evident that the poster needed to be more gripping and eye catching. These designs show a mock-up of a very simple poster design, the background represents the location- England, while the stained glass effect with water condesnsation represents a clouded 'viewpoint' (pic on the right related). However this poster did not stick as it was not clear to people who didn't know the story what the poster really represented. It was also to bright and had a glow feel to it, which was the total opposite of the gritty soical-realist genre of our film.
Working on a new poster design, it was clear what the group wanted and what we didn't. The poster needed a clear message to reflect the title which is 'viewpoints'.
This is the final poster design:

The group was extremely please with how things turned out.
The poster is set into a 'split-screen' were one side, one viewpoint, represents a perfect day while the other viewpoint comes across as a dark, cold day.
The poster strongly comes across as very gritty and it represents the social-realism genre
